John was absolutely amazing. We already had a truck, so him and one of his guys came to load for us. They were so quick and got everything loaded up very safe and securely. I will definitely be using them again for any future moves.

My daughter was moving from Scottsdale to Chandler, from a main floor apartment to an upstairs unit. Decided we needed some help unloading. I'm from Oregon and had no idea who to call. I came across Rising Phoenix Movers on Craigslist. I called on Monday morning needing help the next day, I spoke with John and he was very polite and respectful. He even forwent the deposit. I booked them not knowing exactly what I was going to get at a fee of $70 an hour for two guys, minimum of 2 hours. They emptied a 20 ft truck plus 2 SUV's in about 1.5 hours. I was so impressed I handed them $200 and they were on their way before noon. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

When my wife and I were moving from a townhouse to a new home we knew a mover would be the best way to go for at least the larger things. I saw their ad on Craigslist which sometimes is a situation that you don't know what you're going to get and moving companies as a whole tend to be shady at best to deal with. I called and spoke with John who was polite and professional. We booked the day we needed with no problem and sent over a deposit. The day of the move he was great at communicating their ETA and got the job done efficiently which is a lot to say since we were moving out of a 3 story townhome. The truck was loaded up and off to the new house where we met them again and everything got unloaded very quickly and placed into the rooms we wanted where we wanted. All in all, a great experience and I would not hesitate to call and hire them again or recommend them to anyone.

Love these guys! They moved me and my family out of a terrible neighborhood. We felt very safe and our belongings were very secure. This is the only moving company in Arizona that has brand new trucks of all sizes and includes fresh furniture padding and shrinkwrap for free. I was very impressed! The owner was very professional and courteous.

I read the reviews and almost didn't call this company. However I took a chance on the reviewed-underdog. This company was quick, affordable, courteous, polite and professional. Thank you guys so much for a seamless effortless move.

Have used the company three times and each time the move was quick, painless and reasonable. This last move included a monstrously tall and heavy wood and glass cabinet, and a heavy L-shaped computer desk. The guys wrestled that cabinet into place without so much as a scratch, and disassembled and reassembled the computer desk perfectly.

Of all the items moved during these three moves, the only "damage" was some paint transfer on a computer desk (which they removed) and a slightly crushed box (contents were not damaged).

I would definitely use them again!
